So I had a Quad Tech hook on, but I put my healight back on my 89 250r. I love how it looks. Anyway, the light don't work, so the next couple days after I go get a new bulb, spend almost $8 for it. then I squirt wd-40 on the conector, make sure they are connected to the wires, then I take off the kill switch, that has the light controls on it, wd all that, and saw corrosion or grease, cleaned that all out, it should be spotless now. So I cleaned and checked the whole circut and a new bulb. Start it up and nothin.

Help.

Make sure you have the voltage regulator installed. You could be blowing your bulbs if it is not.

If you have a volt meter test the voltage at the bulb to see if you are getting power.

You should also make sure the bulb is seated properly and making good contact with the terminals.
