OK will a 05 and 06 Honda 450 shocks fit on a 86?? if so what about the Yzf 450's?

Technically, yes they will bolt up. It will ride like crap though. We bought a set and put them on the front of a 400ex and it was way too stiff. The 450 shocks are not valved and sprung for 400ex, 250r a-arms. If you get them revalved and resprung for your weight they should be fine.
