cast pistons always run the risk of crasking or dropping a skirt if they wear too much. i stick with wiseco. as long as you warm up properly they wont sieze. and if you ask me a siezed piston is better than a dropped skirt any day.

I am new to this stuff but Wiseco seems to be what most folks go with, I have just put one in my 300ex seems to be doing good.
