was getting ready to put the head on my cylinder that was just bored and the o-rings they sent me dont fit....can i use the old ones?should i wait and have them send me the right ones?

new o-rings tend to take some work for them to fit, I have 2 o-ring heads, the o-rings are alittle too big and take some grease and patience to get in

im pretty sure its the wrong size on the inner one...i can put 95% of it on and i have enough o-ring to rap it around a stud...lol

if it is actually the wrong o-ring you can re-use the old ones as long as they are not damaged. i have re-used o-rings before and not had any problems.

If its a 310 Niks cylinder then they are early 90's stock YZ 250 head gasket o-rings. Go to any Yamaha shop and get the inner for under $4
