Pick up a 2000 400ex and the guy i bought it from just installed a 416 kit and I believe the chain is a little to noisy for my taste. He said it has a new heavy duty chain. Whats the proper way to adjust the chain. The book doesnt go into very good details about it.. Thanks for your help in advance.

There's no manual adjustment of the cam chain. The tensioner is automatic.
