Oil problem with yfz, "wet sumpping"

My oil in my resevor leaks out, into my motor withing 5-10 minutes of shutting it off, I am aware of the oil check vaulve with the ball bearing, and spring where the oil goes into the motor. And that is suppose to be the only spot that oil goes into the cases at. I took it off, and the seal and everything seems fine. Anyone have this problem, or any ideas?
