The evidence I've seen suggests they barely help the midrange while barely hurting peak HP.

Don't expect anything dramatic.

I have both Power Now and Power Now Plus. and Boyesen Quick Shot and I can tell a diff low and mid range and there isnt no more bog.

You Can Jet it Lid Off Cam Mod to get a little more Ponies out of it.

All my mods are in my sig and its like night.

You can easly make your own. just cut a piece of tin into a square. Them little things for $100 is way to much for the money. You buy 2 thats $200 and $200 can go to a cam which would help out much more.
