I saw this hybrid on ebay geting parted out. Im thinking about building one for my dad. He has a z400 right now but he likes the way the 250r's feel by the seat hight and stuff. What is there to do to make this hybrid work.

If he likes the seat hieght of the R, why doesn't he invest in an adjustable rear link and/or new swing arm? It would be less cost involved than doing the engine swap. Plus the swap will make the R heavier. Its just a suggestion, but if thats what he wants it would be nice to see the details for the swap posted for others to see.

Bring a 250r frame and the z440 engine to a shop so they can make engine mounts for it and I think that is mainly it. The rest like shocks and so on you could just order for the r frame, but I dont know about the radiator or if you could hook up a rad for a r.
