daaaaah I cant get my baffle out. How did you guys do it? And is it really loud? I think my district has like 99-101 DB limit, do you think its louder than that or will it make it.

will prb make it, i got mine out by taking a screw driver and a hammer and split it, and then just hammered it out. U will prob need to jet tho

Just in case you did pull the bolt out right??
Another tip is to let the bike run for a while, it will come out easier if it is warm.

I got it out. My dad took one of those propane bottle things and heated it up for a while. It's actully not as loud as I thought it would be, but now I gotta jet.
Dumb question, I know absolutely NOTHING about carbs...But do have to buy a jet kit to jet it for this, or can I just do whatever needs to be done with out buying anything. And I got a jet kit for my lakota laying around, I'm guessing that wont work?

Well I bought a GYTR jet kit for ours when we got it, but if I had to do it over again I would just go get some bigger jets and do it that way. Save a little $$$.
I don't know what kind of jets are in a Lakota, if they are kehin they might work? I will say that I would stay away from the Dyno Jet kits. Not that they don't work but the numbering system on them is different than the stockers (kehin) and it makes getting jetting advice tough.
We are running a 168mj and a 45 pilot with the GYTR needle on the 3rd clip and the mixture screw 2 1/2 turns out.
