Well i was just wanting to know how long it would take to take apart a 300ex so it has a bare frame. Well thanx for the help.

took me 4 hours to tear down my 400ex...but that was the 2nd time...1st time took me 2 days

just did mine to paint the frame and replace all the bushings.Didnt take but a couple hours to tear it down but take my advice.Label all wires and a digital camera wouldve made assembly alot easier.

If you know what you are doing than it shouldnt take more than a few hours.
