For the itp spider tracs 22x12.5-9 do you guys reccommend a 14 tooth front sprocket or 13 tooth on my 400 ex for trail riding.

14 should be fine. ur gunna lose a lot of power though

14 should be just fine. But if you get a 14 and find you still need some more low end then you could always go a few sizes bigger on the rear sprocket.
