LRD pipe mounting problem

I have an LRD adjustable head pipe but can't figure out how it mounts to the frame. Do you guys know where this thing mounts?

i've always kind of wondered that too, on my lrd there's a mount on it but it's NO WHERE NEAR any mounts on my frame?

i'm thinking about just cutting it off

It looks like it could go through the headstay bolt, idk.

id make an extension and hook it to either the head stay bolt, or the gas tank bolt.
