Has any one put 20" tires on the back, and if so does it feel slugish or quit pulling in the top end?

i put 1 on my 300 n that had 22s but it makes alot of bottom end n seemed lik it took off sum of my top end

I put 20s on mine and defiantly had to drop the front down to a 13 tooth. Just wouldn't pull 5th very well. Seems to be about right now.

Thanks for the info, What tires did you use?

I thought I'd try some of the Innova tires. So far I like them. The rubber is harder than I'd like but they work well.

A couple shots of the rims and tires:

It's a combination of the Golden West graphics kit and the stock tank graphics.

I now have a custom tank graphic though.

What did you do about your chain? Is there enough adjustment to be able to drop to a 13 tooth sprocket? You didnt have to take a link out did you?

Plenty of adjustment and no need to shorten it.

What you have to do though is to loosen your chain as loose as you can get it. Just do the opposite of what you do when you tighten it (roll it forward instead of backward). Then you take the sprocket off the spline and roll it along the top of the chain towards the rear until it comes off. This is the only way it will come off. You roll it above the frame cross member.

Hope this helps.

PS The 13 will go on without having to roll it along the chain.
