06' 450R shock longer than 05'??

Is the stock shock on the 06' R longer than on the 05' R?

Im not sure if it actually longer from eye to eye, but either way its valved differently for sure, the 06 swinger is longer, but Im not sure if they changed the linkage or shock, but they're not the same that I know for sure.
