My 330 is beginning to start hard. It used to fire right up on the first kick, now it takes probably 10. I've noticed its been fouling plugs too. What do you think it could be?? Do you think it could be the heat lately??

You are right in your thinking... the heat and humidity may be the cause.
You may have to lean out the pilot jet and/or air screw.
Make MINOR changes at a time... don't go too lean.

May check your compression also. The heat/jetting or loose reeds is probaly the cause, but lose of compression will make starting difficult too.
