How do you remove the rubber from ball joints without ruining them?

You can't remove them without ruining them i think, but you can slide them up with a flat-head screw driver to get to the shoulder underneath of them if you are removing the balljoints

I got 1 of without alot of trouble but the others are being a ***** to get off
