recently got a 05.... looking into gettin a slip on pipe in a week or 2... i want something that will help performence but nothing annoyingly loud... and when i add the slip on... will i have to jet? ive heard so many diff things i figured id ask some guys who actually know their stuff. my idea was add the slip on, add more air through a little cut out in the air box (hrc rip off) + k&n filter, then re jet accordingly.... and that should give me the added pep im looking for. i just dont know enough about the machine yet im tryin to learn. any info greatly appreciated. thanks.

i would go with a full exhaust system.hmf is a good company.take the air box lid completely off and rejet.the front header pipe makes a big difference

thanks for the info..... which is a good pipe to get from hmf? and what jets will i need to get? im sorry i just dont know alot about my bike yet, like i said tryin to learn.

Get the HRC kit put in,then get a pipe.
