I have a 1988 Yamaha YFM 350 er and when i try to start it 3 out of the 4 relays click does that mean that i have to get the relay that is not clicking?

Is the battery good? Does the starter spin when powered? If it is yes for the former 2, I would think that the final relay is shot. I always thought that there was only 1 cylinoid? Does you have it in neutral? Is the clutch pulled in? Make sure it is not in reverse.

In most cases, a clicking relay is an indication of a drained battery. Throw it on a charger and check.

May need a new battery.
