Some Creeks and Rivers have logs than are at the bottom, so pretty much watch where you going.

i do 90% of my riding in the creeks here in central ms. aint nothing like it is there? do you guys welcome out of staters? lol looks like a very good place to ride, with long *** sand bars.

we dont have any "rocks" here either.

i think dood is used to those boulder size rocks that are common up there in his part of the world.

86 er,

Man let me tell you we got lucky we got two quads not even knowing this place was across the street! I have never been river ridding before but we are hooked now. But we still like to load up the bikes do some mx and trail riding.
All are welcome there are huge beaches and sand bars. Let me know before you make a trip so I can check the water level if we get a lot of rain it can swell a good bit.

yea i know what ya mean about the creeks swelling. water can rise REAL fast in a short time.

around here youdeffinately dont wanna get caught a couple miles out when it comes a down pour lol

Yes there are jumps you can get some good air. We are doing a ride this Sunday if you are up for it. Don’t know how far you can go I have gone for a few hours in one direction.

Yeah that place looks pretty sweet. I hadn't had the chance to go, but a buddy of mine used to ride the river over in MS. The place was privately owned a shut down before I had the opportunity to go, though. Some idiot ran into another bike without a helmet on and killed himself. Wouldn't you know the parents are suing.

Yeah I have some buddies who go over to Amite to ride the river. They went last weekend I believe. They have a bunch of bikes... you'd probably see them with a 450r and YFZ though.

I am asking 8,000 OBO I have over 15,000 invested. It is set up for motorcoss. We were talking about riding somewheres this weekend. I wont be on my R i dont like riding it on sand it runs to hot.

Yeah I hear you. Sounds like a pretty good deal... I don't have that kind of cash right now anyway though LOL.

I never had much of a problem with my Rs overheating in the sand, but this 400EX needs a larger capacity oil tank or something. I know that last time I went out to MS dunes I didn't have any race fuel and it seems like it would just immediately get SUPER hot.

We are seeing about this Sunday. Still not sure, but when we have a definite answer we will let you know. It is one of the better places I have been to for sure. I may order some paddles today... I have the money, but I need them for the week-end. Still haven't gotten to those Haulers yet.... too much crap going on lately, but I will try it today. Should not take much to stretch those balloons LOL. If I get some you can borrow my roosters if you want. Not much for dragging, but hell its better than dirt tires and can slide around through turns.

Yea that would be awesome. I have some friends i work with that go out there to drag race. is there a website or something so i can see what they have to do there. They was telling me about this like track throuth this cave like. I figured they just ate to much sand and was talking croup.

Nah, the first pics are of a track in LA... the sand pics that Bayou Boy posted are of MS. The sand is kind of hard packed in most places, but in the front by the drag strip it can get pretty soft if it doesn't rain.

the sand there is not too bad the first time i went i had my holeshots...i aired them down alot they didnt do too bad....but paddles are way better...chevy u need scoops and a temp dip stick for the oil for the 400. mine really doesnt get that hot....fuller bring quad king so i can spank the yammi
