If I get the curtis sparks or full yoshi exhaust with outerwear lid and high flow filter...how much would a 400ex carb benefit me? I would suspect I need a rev box too, but is it worth the effort to get the carb as well?

Carb, somewhat, Rev box, no unless you plan on puttin in a aftermarket cam.
