The stock on a 300 EX is 13tooth. The highest that will fit is a 14 tooth. Make sure you gotta pipe, which I believe you do. It will add about 3-5 mph on the top end. If you want you can cut down a couple teeth on the back to balance out the tourque. I believe if you add 1 tooth up front you can take up to 3 off in the back. Anyways
