Around 27 to the wheels. Pipes and stuff help out a little....about 4 or 5 hp to the wheels. Don't know about the torque...forgot the formula.

From a seat of the pants feel the 650 H1 has more low end, very close on top.

the 650 has mid.. very little... and alot of top end...i was on my blaster(even 200 ish bore) and my bro got the 650 h1 and i had him utill i hit about 3-4th gear then he pulled on me.. i thik i would be able to hold him some what beause i for reeds in her now...

I know you posted this a while ago, but do you remember where you got the info? I did know a site that listed quite a few quads to compare HP and torque ratings but I have no idea what I did with the url.
