I installed lil' mans new reeds and removed two rollers from primary. Now the machine idles very high.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Providing nothing else is wrong, I'd say the reeds made a difference.
Ya gots the boyensen reed?

yes sir, boyensen's installed. I started it tonight, after insuring all reed related fasteners were tight ( no possible air leaks) it ran allright for me. On the launch, little man pulls the front tires and tells me "dad, that is cool"

We are racing on a 1/4 mile flattrack tomorrow night. 16" tall American Racers, 17/ 26 gearing, 58 pound pilot on board. Wow, I can't wait.

Jack, a couple of more months, Late sep - Oct we will be looking into port work with you.

Mom is getting nervous, lil man is eyeballing a Cobra 70cc shifter
