check out nyriders.com. I'm quite a ways west of you (~4 hours), so I can't recommend anyplace near you. Rocky Roost is supposed to be cool out this way and I'm gonna check out Thurston Hills MX at some point too.

Some of the guys on that site my have some more suggestions for you...a lot of them seem to be out toward Syracuse way which is a little bit closer to you.
