Here is my 2003 300ex that i finnally finished heres some pics, hope you like it.
Its got full maier black plastics, maier 250r carbon fiber look racehood, full pro cicuit t-4 exhaust, stage 2 whitebrothers intake powerup kit which includes: stage 2 dynojet jetkit, k&n airfilter, outerwears precharger, hotshots rev box, itp holshot xcr front and rear tires, D.I.D x-ring chain, and full JT sproket set, acerbis hand guards, pro taper s/e bars, scott grips, Dg v lite bumper, full pro armor skid plates, outerwears air box lid, dg alloy series nerf bars, im pretty sure thats everything. hope you like it.

thats a sick 300,

but if i were u i would get rid of that k&n filter and use a fome filter cuz i had a k&n filter in both my 400ex and 300ex and it they were both letting ALOT of dirt in. i cleaned/ oiled them every ride and it still lets dirt in. so do your engine a favor and get rid of that k&n

plastics are holding up good, and all i did to mount the hood was drill 4 holes.

I've had K&N filters in my 300ex for almost 9 years. No problems. And, it definatly get's very dusty here in MO. You were using gause filter oil and not standard filter oil, correct?

i was using k&n filter oil

I have the same problem with my k&n. that thing get super clogged with dirt even after a few rides. not the best filter for a bike. Car maybe, but not a quad. Give my buddy Mark Baldwin a call and ask him what he thinks about K&N filters.

Umm.. that means it was working.

I clean my filter every time I ride. I have w filters. Always have a clean spare to swap out. While the others being cleaned/dryed.

if you dont have sand and dirt in ur filter that means its going into ur carb/motor.

i ordered every single part on my quad at www.motosport.com
slip on was 350 i think and the header was 180
and it is loud..in a good way, it sounds sick.
