I plan on going to walnut for the national and it will be my first national. can anyone tell me what i need to race (ama card/atva card) and how does it work? what time it practice and all that good stuff. thanks a lot for your help.

Just make sure you bring plenty of cash. It'll cost you $35 to get in on Friday and I think it's still $35 or $40 for an ATVA card. Then you're looking at $20 to practice on Friday and then $40 for each class you sign up to race in. As for times well that has varied a little bit this year usually Friday practice is around 10-11 a.m. and practice on Saturday starts at 8 a.m. with races following. Hope this helps answer some of your questions.
