I'll be on vacation, so good luck everyone. I hope to make the next fox valley race, but that's the day after I get back from vacation. Heading to table rock lake.

Posted by: skull2002

awesome! see you there!

Posted by: Timmy301

How about that mud. I think a pair of ski's on the front of my quad would have be the way to go. My poor quad is gonna need a rebuild after that one!!!

Posted by: ubnpast

I hear ya Timmy. That was my first "real" harescramble. I've raced for fun a few other times. I ended up w/ 1st in the C. I am gonna go up to B if I decide to race another one. I need to get the water out of my quad now... it stalled at the checkered. Only ran me $10 at the car wash too! haha

Posted by: bansheexcracer2

when is the next one.

Posted by: KILLAQuad

I thought it was awesome.... The more mud the Marrier.... LOL

Just dunno if i can ever do a 4.5hr drive for a 1hr race again .... and $175 worth of Fuel.....

But it was a pretty good race overall ... BUT ... I didnt like the track attendees that did not know what the 25ft rule is... i want to thank them for my 4th place overall finish instead of 2nd..... they sent me back down the hill with the roots cause there where 4 people stuck on it and i took the new line to the left and they got all PISSY and made me go back down and wait it out....

Maybe if some of ya come to the Casey ILL races we will see you again...

Great race everyone....

Posted by: skull2002

lol...i was racin on the parade lap! lol i did finish tho! other than the kid runnin up over my back end, and the guy helpin people around the few on the top turn(big ruts,)pulled my grip off! yea...what a muddy mess!!!!! but a blast!!!!!!!!!were you there kim? i didnt see you??? i stayed for the big bikes too, my buddy rode in it. took 4th 40+b. they took their parade lap, thru creeks like we did. then when the race started...lol...some came the right way..others came up that hill where our checkpoint was!!!they ended up rerouting the track and eliminating both creek crossings. and they had a restart. and they call us sissies!!!!!! lol i even got 5th!!!! but just to finish made it all worth it. and even tho they only gave trophys to the top 3, im goin to dollar general and buying me a trophy with a troll doll on it for 5th place!!!!!and givin it to my granddaughter(she turned 3 last week, and got a new powerwheels quad,,and she already flipped it goin up a small hill in the garden! lol) she already rides better than me!!! see ya all at geneseo in aug.! oh.....10 bucks at car wash for me too!

Posted by: KILLAQuad

$10 at the car wash.... either i need to know where this car wash is or you arent washing your quads very good....

I used to spend a Minimum or $20 and that was a DUSTY Race....

I just finally went and got my own Power washer with soap sucker and optional water heater attatchment (oh... with a HONDA Motor on it my i add) and it only cost me about $6 in gas for the thing when i wash them now.....

Posted by: skull2002

listen and learn grasshopper...lol after 9 pm they have a special, 2 minutes for each quarter. so ....that is a LOT of minutes ....lol she looks good as new!! ready for geneseo!

Posted by: blue150

A power washer is a must. It will save you money in the long run. Menardas has a gas 2000 psi one on sale for under $200.

Skull Fox Valley is this weekend, you going?

400exmom, I've seen you on racer T.V. it's nice to see D-17 getting represented.(nice job) It looks like you finish in the top half in your race. Not to easy I would think. Keep it up

At fox Valley this weekend it's your turn to get transponders.
