Just thought I would post a few pics for you guys: THe following is a mini falcon 90. I didn't intend on doing anything to the bike but my son (he's 5yrs old) blew the stock 90cc engine (air filter fell off and dirt crystalized in the chamber which resulted in a valve/piston/chamber catastrophe) After several weeks of research I decided on a lifan 110cc 4spd auto clutch. This motor is one of the better china built motors , or so I'm told; we'll see in months to come! Anyway, here are a coulpe of pics of the bike:

current mods:

1. lifan 110 4spd auto-clutch
2. Pro-Circuit exhaust from a XR50
3. 100 main jet in 19mm china carb
4. 5" wheel spacers
5. 420 chain
6. fox bar bad and grips
7. 14 tooth sprocket

future mods:

1. works shocks
2. itp rims and 16X6.5X8 tires

these motors are the best upgrade you can do to them..

I just installed aluminum handle bars, new yzf 450 throttle, 450 foot pegs, and isolated the brakes. It now has a front brake lever and a foot brake.

How's the Lifan 110cc engine holding up?

I'm thinking of using one in a project I've got going on.

thanks

our 3rd gear is going out, but that is from the boy slamming it into gear at high revs....

we broke the rear axle last weekend right off at the hub.. Wondering if I can get a beefier axle for them now!

Got some Snow hog tires with douglas wheel for a Xmas present for him, those are gonna liven the thing up alittle...

Gotta a race this weekend, taking the lifan out and putting it in a TRX frame just for the race, axle wont be here til next week!!

Here's a pic of my lil man still enjoying his 4 wheeler. The plastics are new on behalf of an accident but the lifan 110cc replacement engine is still running strong. I calculated about 100hrs of riding time in the past year and we are trouble free. I will say that Kazuma is not a honda, suzuki, or polaris. Nor is it even in the same ball park as these jap bikes, but you get what you pay for. I will recommend kazuma to others but only for recreational riding......nothing hard core.

I gave up on the kazuma, we are just to rough on those lil bikes. My boy got a DRR 90 last spring and now just this past weekend picked up a KTM50 pro senior.. Hopefully I can keep him on both 2 and 4, but have the feeling that he's gonna blow off the quads as soon as he figures out the bike...
