Any riding spots in this area? I will be taking a vacation there in a few weeks to visit family and would like to know if there is anywhere to ride down there. Thanks.

durhamtown has 5 mx tracks, 100 miles of fun trails with tabletop and kickers, etc.

broadriver has 2 tracks, alot of trails [not many jumps on trails]

highland park is in process of building a mx track [should be done in a few weeks] alot of technical trails.

all would be within 2 hrs of dawsonville

there are some state orv trails also

Thanks for the response, Whissenhunt ORV area is about 15 miles at the most from where were gonna be. Looks good for a day or 2 or riding. Is there any rules or regulations I should know about for riding state owned trails? I am registered plated and insured on my Xr400 in NJ. Thanks for the response.

georgia doesnt have any regs on your atv/bikes.

put $5 in the lockbox when you get there. ride all day. be aware that most state run trails are two-way traffic, so be careful. there are alot of idiots that ride those places.

Thanks for the heads up. So basically it will be like riding back here in NJ. Alot of idiots. Ill do just fine
