about how much will it cost to make a z400 good on the tracks and be able compeate with the 450's? and if possible what would i need?

its going to cost a bundle to be competetive on an mx track. youll need a arms, axle, and shocks, and thats just the basics for mx. to stand a chance your going to need some motor work because with equal riders, a piped 400 isnt going to hang with a 450. youll need a bore kit of some kind unless you get a really high comp piston, cams, pipe/intake, the works. in the end with all youd spend, it would be easier to get a 450 if you plan on racing mx. you could get a LTR450 and not have to spend all that much since thier almost mx ready from factory.
