i know nothing about the automatic tranny's in utility quads and my dad knows less, and he wants to intall an aftermarket clutch kit on his 2004 arctic cat. How difficult a modification would that be to do with little knowledge of the auto tranny's? We got a decent size shop to work in and basic mechanical knowledge. Just wanted to see if that kind of modification is possible for the average person. thanx

i put a clutch kit on my friends rancher and it was VERY easy. all i had to do was take the front plastic off then take the clutch cover off, take the stock springs out, put the new springs in and put it back together. took me about an hour to do.
