How many miles can you go on the stock 3.2 gal tank. I just bought one, and want to see what kinda milage you guys are getting.

Is 60 miles out of the qestion with mellow to mid throttle?

you should get more then that mine with my mod is geting about 28 to 30 mpg riding sand dunes with my mods and i dont cut it much slack

That sounds about right for me also, I was at 36 miles when my light came on. I have CT racing full system,Pro desings k&n intake and a Dynojet PCIII.

Do the 700's do better on gas than the 660's?

Buddies modded 660 kills gas.

Wow, thats quite a range -
- Capt Ron got 28-30 MPG which means a range of at least 89 miles.
- man78 got only 38 miles before the fuel light came on.

I rode on Sat, messed up my route backtracking but I did AT LEAST 25 miles, and more like 30 and only burned 1.3 galons. Conservatively, I'm looking at 80 -96 miles on a tank.

Actually, I remember my little loop is more like about 50 miles, not 60, so I'll have plent of juice regardless.

I'll let ya'll know how it goes.

At best 40 miles b4 low gas comes on that means you have a half gallon left.If you think you going to get 80 or 90 miles per tank full your on crack or at least riding at idle.

the raptor 700 is a gas hog it is no where close to getting 60 to 80 miles on one tank i filled mine up 3 times in 5 hours but it is a 700 what do u think its doing to get
