Tearing Down a 06 Z400-what to do?

My buddy and I are tearing down hid 06 Z 400. Looking to get a good Cam/Piston setup. Any suggestions? Gonna be racing MX, and It already has a full Yosh system, and the airbox lid is off, with a 165 Main in it. Was looking at a JE 12:1 and possibly Hotcams. any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks
