I just installed a Yoshi RS-3 full exhaust and a Pro Flow K&N Intake on my 04 Raptor. Yoshi recommends 150/155 jets. I will not be using the airbox lid and I ride between 5000 and 8000 feet above sea level. Do I just need to change the main jets or the pilot jets as well? Is 150/155 a good starting point or does anyone have other suggestions/recommendations.

Just change your main jets. 150/155 is what I run on my yosh.

Best way to jet your 660- jet over to your local Yamaha dealer and pick up a 700R

JK- the only reason I bought the the 700R is casue of the EFI. I'm sick of needles and cleaning carbs...
