Does anyone know if there is a company that makes an aftermarket cam chain for the 400 EX? My stock one broke yesterday, and I would like to get a better quality one. Any help?

Go to Servicehonda.com and order a cam chain for a 2002 CRF450R dirt bike. It fits the 400ex perfectly, and it's the same chain that aftermarket companies advertise as a "heavy duty" chain because each link has an extra plate, but it's only about $25 instead of $80. The only bad part about Service Honda is that they have an $8 minimum shipping charge, but you usually save more than enough to offset that cost if you buy big stuff or lots of little stuff.

I'll second that notion. The CRF chain fits in nicely, and is a lot stronger than stock....not to mention cheaper.
