I now understand why the hell suzuki can afford to have all of the factory support they give in quad racing....I broke a clutch cable on memorial day and just received the bill for a new one...56 dollars after shipping, compared to a YFZ wich is like 12 bucks...talk about a rip off.

maybe they sell the LTR cheaper and make replacement parts more expensive to make up for the price of the LTR, maybe not

all suzuki OEM parts are expensive though..not jsut for the lt-r

Yep... but $450 worth of steel?
Here's another example.
Bearings, bushings, and seals for the front a-arms, both sides = $418.80 list price. (You can damn near buy a set of chromoly a-arms w/ bushing, bearings, tire rods, ball joints, etc for that price).
Just stating that Suzuki isn't the only one that runs stealerships.
