I have a raptor 700r and I beat a banshee with toomi exhaust,but that was on a shorter drag strip than what he wants to race on. What should I do,my raptor is stock.

race him on a longer drag strip and see what happens...

i dunno what kind of dragging ya'll do, but when i drag at that flat drags (as opposed to up the hill), i usually drag from 2nd till 6th and get it up in the upper RPMs in 6th gear, hold it there for a little bit, and then back off and consider the race done...

then i'll ride wheelies and stuff for the rest of the drag strip...

i dont see a whole lot of point ini holding it pinned in 6th for much longer than a few seconds...

so in your case, your strip shouldnt be longer than what ya'll need to get into 5th and 6th respectively, and hold it there for no longer than 5 secons... JMO

Sounds like 1/8 mile racing (660ft.). The Banshee will probably get you in that distance especially with you being stock but we won't know for sure till you race him............
