ok i just got my 400ex 2 days ago from a friend..i want to change the oil but he didnt give me a manual..just wondering where is the bolt i have to take out to drain the current oil? and also what thickness oil do i need to put in and how much? also what about trany and clutch oil? didnt see anywhere to put that. thats alot im sorry for the dumb questions

ok im goin to use the rotella oil everyones talking abotu..so how much do i need to put in and what thcikness should i use?

Drain the oil tank and remove the bolt under the shifter to drain the engine. Change the oil filter on the other side, it's in the round cover. I refill with 2 qts.
