does this thing ever come on while the quads running or just when it's turned off. i'm ready to rap the thing off since i have never seen it run while i'm riding.

It will run while you are riding if it gets too hot. Since you are moving it dosen't need to be on. Just wait until we hit a 100 degree day and you are woods riding.

good thing i don't woods ride. anyone switch out their coolant or add like watter wetter or anything like that.

Everyone I ride with run "Engine Ice" It is in a purple jug. I love the stuff. My banshee runs alot cooler.
