i have the IMS desert tank and its starting to turn yellow is there any way i can clean it so that dont happen again or is it perment.

It all depends what the stain is from. They have a thing called mothers polish, they have it for metal, rubber, plastics etc. Pick up some it should take the stain right out. They cost around $5.99. To do a great job you may want a buffering wheel. Or you can do it by hand, either way it will come off

i have some of that i'll do that thanks.

You have mothers polish? Make sure its for plastics. I'll tell you it worked miracles for a stain on my bike it came right off. But you have to use it like once a month

well this is from gas pretty much my cap wasnt on all the way one day and it spilled on the tank.

My brother has a clear Clarke tank and his has turned and Orangish color on the inside. He is running Klotz race fuel. Would that cause it? Is there anything he can do to clean it? Sorry, don't mean to steal your thread.
