I hit a jump with my 400EX and i had a rather harsh landing and all of a sudden it started sputtering at higher rpms, its fine in the low rpms of gears but it falls on its face higher up. Whats wrong?

Couple of simple things to check...

Choke lever working properly
Main jet may have came out

could very well be something else.......

took everything apart, and choke works great but stupid me from before when i first jetted i stripped a bolt on my floatbowl so i have to get it drilled out to check my main jet, so im hoped its just that. Or a spark plug lol

well if your carb is ok, and your absoloutely sure.... it could be electrical.

my buddies 400ex did this last weekend and it was just that the main jet came out.
