2001 400EX. Just installed a full Yoshi RS3 system. Removed the spark arrestor/sound insert. K&N filter, K&N Precharger filter cover, no airbox lid, and an Outerwears airbox cover. Yoshi said to change to a 178 main jet and leave everything else alone. Is it just me or does that sound way too rich? I could only get a 180 (I was in a pinch) and it seemed to run great and pull hard. I have not had time to pull the plug and take a look at it. Any thoughts? Anyone else run a setup similar to mine? If so, what is your carb setup?

That does sound really rich. As a general rule I've seen people with 416s run in the 160s, 426s in the 170s, and 440s in the high 170s - 180s. These are race motors though, but yours seems way too rich.

That sounds way too rich, hell I run a 178main and 45pilot in my stroker.
