i was thinking about taking my baffle out of my 05 yfz 450. does anybody know the jetting to use after doing this. im in georgia

i did it on my 06 it runs fine with out rejetting it im waiting to get a sparks then ill jet it but its fine how it is now.

the baffle isnt just that wierd lookin spark arrestor unit that come out of the end is it. dont you have to take out that bolt on the bottom of the pipe

Yes and yes take the end cap of to it makes it much easier to get to.

take it out... great improvement... going from a baffless stocker to and aftermarket slip on isnt that big of an improvement... a little... but... yah taking the baffle out opens it up quite a bit... and jetting changes are minimal if any...
