i have a 300ex that is starting to act funny. today when i was riding the motor wouldnt idle. i had to keep it reved or it would stall. when i put it up i looked it over and the carb was leaking gas. i had to jiggle the starter wires to get it to turn over. i have not had any of these problems with it ever and have no idea what to do. also i havent been on any riding trips latly so it hasnt been through any long riding in a while. can anyone help me?? thanks, mike

your flote in your carb is stuck down ....... pull your carb off and flip it over pull the float bowl off and make sure that your needle and seet is not stuck
