trying to find some pictures of the new maier 450r style fenders for a 300ex/250x and some fullbore fenders, trying to decide which set to get.

do the new maiers have the cutout for the kickstarter or would i have to cut that out?

I'll try to remember to toss on a picture of my atv tonight. It has fullbore plastics.

I personally (it's only my opinion), don't like the new Maier customs look. It has too much of a polaris scrambler look to it, IMHO. A lot of folks love it though.

Here's a pic of James' 300ex w/ the Maier style before he installed graphics.

I beleive they are 300ex only and don't have the kicker cutout. (could be wrong though)

Here's my fullbore fronts. I agree with bwamos...the maier does look like scrambler plastic.

The front looks like a hungover yfz, and the rear looks like a odd shaped 450r.

lol. Very true. Actually I was thinking melted yfz fronts. The more I look at the new maier the more I like the old ones. The rear fenders are the only similarity to the 450r that I see. They just look like they melted to me.

im not really into either of these two options so i went with the 250r hood

its not my bike and he doesn't need new tires, he has a few sets to use.

its future mods are:
fenders
ceramic coating the exhaust/making the silencer a shorty
la sleeve 425 kit
anti-fade axle nut (if anyone has one for sale let me know)

find stock yellow plastic and cut them like i did mine. I only wanna change the rears to low profile rear fenders. I like the fronts to much.

Maier says if you run the 450R styled rear plastic you have to also have the new styled front plastics or they wont fit, idk if there just trying to get people to buy the whole set or what im just lettin you know

i think they are just tryin to get people to buy the whole set. By i could be wrong, im to lazy to call and ask, b/c i know the probabilty of me doing this is slim to none anyway. Sorry to hijack the thread though wishmasstir.
