i was wonrdering if it is worth geting a LRD full system exhaust first for my 400ex or geting a engine rebuild with 416 je 10.8:1 pistion and hotcam stage 2 frist.

If you do the motor work you won't be getting peak performance because you would have the restrictive stock system on. I would say get the LRD then save up for motor work.
