Anyone had any trouble with their battery box opening and the battery falling out? It caused me a DNF at the XC race this weekend. Beware that it can happen. I cannot believe that Suzuki put such a poorly designed lower bolt mount. They are using those thin sheet metal inserts that you put on the plastic box so the bolt will grab.

The same thing happend to Jeremiah Jones which also caused him a DNF not too long ago. Before that had the chance to happen to me I put a regular bolt with a lock washer and nut. No problems here........
