I just switched to bel-ray thumper oil 20w50 semi-synthetic in the motor on my 04 trx450r. The motor is fairly new but it is broken in.

Has any one tried it in there tranny?

AMSOIL! Full synthetic, 0W-40 high performance four stoke oil...its the wya to go

I run 20-50 belray racing thumper semi-synthetic in my 416 and it works great.
