theres some trails at prage lake that are pretty cool and apalache bay at lake key stones pretty good to.I havnt been there yet but I hear the new trails at draper are nice. but it cost 10 bucks to ride for the day or 60$ for the year.

atvpathfinder.com is another good spot for info. I personally like Lake Murrey down by Ardmore for trails.

Yea lake murray gots all kinds of trails,sand,lake shore,harpack,mud very few jumps at all. If ya live in Southern oklahoma redriver motorcycle trails near muenster,tx is awesome too. the red river runs right through it. Last time i was there all of us was down on the river and an airplane come right over the top of us. seemed real close to us.
