I am looking into redoing my shock for XC. I weigh 160lbs. Trying to decide on the fronts, anyone know how a redone 06 shock compares to aftermarkets in the 400 range? Something like Elka Recs, or works.. It will run $350 to redo my current shocks, so just wondering what difference if any I would feel.
I am going to have the rear stocker redone through GT Thunder, I hear that his rears are just as good as any aftermarket, or close to it.
Just wanted to add that I will be keeping the stock a-arms for now also, I ride in some tight woods sometimes.

you will be tickeled to death with the gt thuder setup. if your not a a or pro rider it will be money well spent.. trust me i know..
